IncomeTax.ca administers tax laws on behalf of the Government of Canada, as well as most provinces and territories. It also oversees various social and economic benefit programs and incentive initiatives delivered through the tax system.

I worked as a UX/UI Designer alongside a Project Coordinator, Development Lead, Front-End Developer, two Back-End Developers, and a Quality Analyst.
My Role
- I collaborated with the Project Coordinator and Lead to gather and analyze all requirements, ensuring we could translate competitive analysis, user insights, business objectives, and user needs into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes. To achieve this, we conducted a five-day discovery session (Sprint 0).
- I played a key role in defining the design strategy, creating wireframes, and implementing the visual design for the product.
